I think the results of erroneously translating colour spaces are far worse
than those of simply leaving the colours as originally defined.
I can certainly attest to that. I'm still *very much* in the dark (pun not
intended, although it works) about the "Color Spaces" that one program
imposes

your pictures are BEAUTIFUL!
I don't think there is a need for sRGB, but I don't think it adds much to
the file size too. So if you want to be absolutely sure
that for people who are fussy about color and such you have a maximized
chance

Your attached picture looks fine to me in both ACDSee and Netscape. If you
want me to look at the version on your web site, please send a sink
specific to the actual image or page that it's on.

You might want to consider embedding the profile ... that is, IE
Both the attached image and the web site image look OK on my moniter. Using
PC and Win98se.

The grayscale wedges on the home page show a perfect gradation, too.
