On a related note - I kind if wish Vuescan didn't leave it so easy to
overwrite a file, since it doesn't ask you if you want to overwrite
the file of the same name. I've had to rescan a couple when I forgot
to go into files and change the name. This is such a given in most

I've learned from experience to always keep the number with
the plus sign, even when not batch scanning. Easier to
remove the number if you don't want it then to have to
rescan. Of course some people may not be as stupid or
forgetful as me. . .

If the plus sign is not present it will overwrite. Don't ask me why - it's Ed's way
