Robert,
The interpretation of chant very much depends on the purposes for which it
is being used, which you have not identified. Is it for performance? If
so, in what context? A reconstruction of medieval liturgy, or
incorporation into renaissance polyphony, will require quite different
Dear Bob,
I think you already got the answer.
May I politely ask that attachments are not sent to the list? I know
most people have broadband access these days, and your PDF was very
small, but I would really prefer as a general rule not to have
attachments sent to this list at all. Please

Unfortunately, Finale does not support Unicode. Write and complain,
loudly, or they will never add that functionality.
Nice, I bought it for mainly use in Finale, I nearly threw away 30$? Gosh!
:(
I have been able to work around this by creating the Unicode symbol
in a word processor,

Thanks for the help. It worked perfectly.
Is there a way to copy the break into other parts. It happens on three
woodwind parts.
Under Mass Edit | Items to Copy, try Secondary Beam Breaks and Stem
and Beam Alterations.
Aaron.

Hi all,
Quick one. F2k7. I have a multimeasure rest followed by a measure with a
clef change. How do I get the clef and the multimeasure rest from crashing?
I can't find a tool to do it.
Thanks,
Dennis

Hello,
I use Finale 2004 and I need a 32nd note for a complex metronome marking. I
can't seem to find one in the Maestro character set.
Is there one?
If not , other than creating one, I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.
with gratitude,

Hi all;
Every time Finale starts, after the circled 8th note is cycling for about 30 s
econds, the message 'Finale 2007 Download Error' is displayed.
What does it mean? And what is the solution for that?

Hi all;
When selecting several tens of Finale 2007 files at once and exporting audio f
iles via Save Special, all of the output files are only a few seconds long!
Are their peole who have the same experience?
Processed musics are several minutes long.
The pieces are saved in real time - Finale plays back the music and you have
to wait until it has all played before you stop. Otherwise the saved file is
only as long as you waited.
All the best,
Lawrence
