As far as I remember you get them on the Mac with option-u followed by
the normal character. Not sure how you'd get the ß.

There are circled noteheads in Engraver Extras font at F and sh-F.
Replace the notehead with these new ones
help menu: engraver / maestro etc. font charts

In the MIDI Tool, if you adjust the key velocity of a note (or more)
and then use the navigation arrows to take you to another staff, you
will not be able to change the new staff's key velocities until you
get out of the MIDI Tool editing box and then back in again. This is
