There are a number of things you can try. First would be booting off the
OS X 10.3 install disk, and running disk utility on your drives.
If you don't have the disks, you can reboot your Mac, and hold down the
Apple and the S key, and that will dump you into the shell, where you
can run fsck
Actually, your information is incorrect.
If someone wants to boot using Boot Camp, Boot Camp needs to be on the
main hard drive, and boot camp DOES repartition the drive.
