Yes, I know I should actually join the Sibelius list and ask it over
there, but I haven't gotten around to doing so yet, and the Sib users
here are, so far, very knowledgeable and helpful, so...

Under Document, select Manage Parts.

Yes, I tried deleting existing parts, at your suggestion, then
created a new set. Still I get no bass and drums, but they are still
listed in a folder under Piano. How do I un-include them in the piano
part?
