i (still) do this manually (with TGTools layout) and have meant to look into it further but it prob is found in teh layout or staff tool sections. also maybe check optimization. I have previously been able to solve this problem, but I have been away from Finale some time now. My search term

i just pulled up the info in the finder for the doc i'm working on and notice that the file info fields show there (title, composer etc), along with duration, page size, time and key sigs, # of pages, tempo, font list, default font and a list of all staves in the doc! is this a snow leopard
