How do I get TGTools to show up in Fin 2012? I dragged the TGTools bundle into
the plug-ins folder, but it's not showing up in my menu bar . . . ?

Did you drag it to the right folder? (The plugin folder is in a different
location in Fin12, so double-check your program options.)
Did you restart Finale?

I agree with David. I do this all the time over the articulation route. You
can adjust them all at once or individually and set up other parameters like
breaking multimeasure rests, etc.
A very worthwhile alternative option.
