version 1 and have had an issue from time to time. However, since upgrading to

Is there a way in FinMac2K11 to switch playback from pitched to non-pitched
percussion on the same staff? I can get the notation to work but can't figure
out how to get playback to go from vibraphone to tom-toms for example.

My apologies if this has been covered recently.
I am currently using Finale 2006. I usually upgrade Finale every two years
or so, but some of the new features in Finale 2007, especially the linked
parts, are very compelling.
Is 2007 different enough to warrant spending another $100 to upgrade???
