Jan, does this find expressions based on the description field? So many of
mine are "copy of..." or "imported from music xml" from a Sibelius-using
partner.

This is a terribly vexing problem; worse, by far, than the bloated lyric
window. What sort of macros do you use, JD?

Dear List,
I am working with a score in which all of the instruments are set to time
signature as an independent element. There is a lot of interplay between
simple and compound division in the work. However, at some points the time
signature is uniform in all parts. Is there a way to apply a
firm that the title shows up in

You could edit the frame attributes so that the text block appears on the
page range of your choosing. right-click the handle and select "edit frame
attributes."

Hi, Lawrence.
In Finale 25, the default templates are found here:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\MakeMusic\Finale\Music Files\Default
Files\Maestro Font Default.ftmx
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\MakeMusic\Finale\Music Files\Default
Files\Jazz Font Default.ftmx and
I've used PDF995 for years, though I like the export shortcut ALT+F,T,P.
The export doesn't automatically embed all text fonts.

I get mine from www.thepapermillstore.com. lots of weights and colors from
which to choose. I order 12x18 sheets and cut them down, then reserve some
uncut sheets for the score.
