Does anyone have any idea what settings of slurred notes will translate in
an exported midi files to increased duration. I've made this kind of export
before but don't recall the settings. Can anyone help? Thanks. Earl

Hello All, First of all, is there a way to search the SHSU archives?
Second, I have hairpins and articulations set in a Finale File, and since the
Smart
Find function is so outstanding, I have applied the hairpins and
articulations to analagous passages. Unfortunately the hairpins and
David, the topic was groove and swing. Both different from weight. You
should be more clear from where *you* were taught. Swing and groove
incorporate velocity, tempo, position within meter. You took it upon yourself

1900. Fiora Contino, a superb conductor and in of Puccini, Toscanini lineage
(her father was the first Boheme Marcello) and her sister quite an

Help Please-- The Midi file export with the settings I'm using (and I've
tried dozens of variants from Playback Options to Human Playback) all truncate
or
cut short note values, particularly durations less than a quarter note? Does
any one have the magic bullet recipe that exports Finale
Transcription?
Hyperscribe?
Can I route different hardware controllers (i.e., mod wheelm sliders) to
different CCs?

Hello all, and thanks David Bailey,
Do you have an articulation such as a staccato on the half note?
No articulations at this point.
Go into playback options and click on the More Options and then uncheck all
the Play Recorded . . .boxes.
No More options on the Window/Playback menu
Also
The Subject says it all.
How can playback be altered so that what I see is what I get?
