One thing I wish I could do in Finale that is pretty standard in graphics applications, is to be able to click on and move the ruler origin. If Finale used the Adobe Illustrator method, you could grab the point at which the vertical and horizontal rulers meet and move it to, for example, the left and topmost point of the first system. That point would then be (0,0) in the ruler scale. This would be a quick and easy way of taking and making measurements.
