When I do this in 14.5, using Speedy Entry, in the too many beats dialog, if I
tell it to move the extra notes into the next measure, it does just that. It
only fills the rest of the measure when I exit the Speedy edit pane, not
before. I do have fill with rests checked. Are you
When there are too many notes in a measure, Finale moves them (if I say
so) to the next measure, *but then fills the rest of the next measure
with rests*. I don't want that. Fill with rests is disabled in Speedy
Options.
Where can I disable this behaviour, please?
