You're right Chuck, that is a solution, although I don't agree about
these new settings in Finale 2011...

Took a default file, added a staff to make a simple piano+acoustic bass
sheet.
At the beginning of the top staff I put the default swing expression
and set it to 75% value.
(First strange thing, why Finale allows me to assign it only to top staff?)
In piano staff I manually enter chords in half
