There are a number of fonts that have single repeat signs.
See attached screenshot. If you use a negative "Tracking" value in
the expression designer it's possible to overlap the two symbols, so
that it looks
like a double repeat sign.

A few fonts also have double repeat signs (e.g. Bravura).
