Hi Adam -- The simple answer is that in the real (non-Finale) world the note doesn't exist. The absolute highest note on a 46 or 47-string pedal harp is 0 octave G.I've never seen any harp in which the pedal mechanism extends to that string - and I've played a helluva lot of harps!
