I know you can change all of those things in 3.5.2 (as I look at my open
copy of it) and I think you can in 2.6.3. Earlier, I'm not sure.

In 2.6.3 you had to use EMEL macros for certain things that were not built
into the Finale UI. EMEL macros were the precursor to plugins.
