question for the guitar people on the list :-) is there a known way of notating when a string is plucked, left to vibrate and subsequently only touched with the finger at a harmonic, not plucked or picked? e.g. pluck low E, touch G# 2 octaves + M3 higher to produce the 5th harmonic? are

when i set a clef to show at 100% at the start of a measure and there is a mid-measure clef change in the same measure, there is an extra 100 EVPUs (approx.) added at the beginning of the meaure before the music. any way around this aside from fixing it with a negative value in the SC and

hi gippo, thanks, but not really possible in this context, since there are sometimes several intervening notes and clef changes. it is for 10-string (electric) guitar, so the lower strings have long sustain. in the attached, the open 8th string (Cnat) is plucked, 4 other strings are plucked,
