[Finale] Score Manager Controls Grayed Out

I have a file that the Score Manager controls for Notation Style, Transposition, etc. are grayed out on both instruments. (They are both grand staves.) This happens in Fin12-Fin14.5. Does anyone know what's going on? ___ Finale mailing list
