Hi Martin, If you have created a chord suffix library (slightly painstaking, but timesaving in the long run), typing a suffix brings up the result. Never seemed too time consuming for me. When there is a long suffix that uses characters not easy to access, like C9sus4, I do type : and then

You have to create the suffix first, otherwise Finale attempts to do it for you and usually fails miserably. I suggest duplicating the b9 suffix and adding the #9 to it using the tiny, terrible little suffix editor (I’m not exactly encouraging you, am I? Yet, that’s the best way.) If all the
