I’m pretty sure the Utilities>Change>Tuplets function will do this.

In Finale 26: select the entire score, go to Utilities / Change / Tuplets; in
the Appearance drop-down box, select 'Nothing'.

Is there any way to change the (very) pail blue coloured guide lines (the ones
that appear when clicking on the ruler bar in page view?
I slightly can see them and would appreciate if they where darker. By the way,
