It's there in the Drums section -- Bongo Drums. It shows up if you
select "Common" or "All" or "World" in the left-hand column and then
select "Drums" in the middle
All I could find were bongo bells in a couple of places. I am sure you had the
same luck.

I solved the issue, as it looks for my case. The problem is related to my
computer’s key mapping: the system’s language is set to British but the
selected input source is an Italian keyboard, this because the mapping suits
the the keyboard’s characters arrangement as it is used in that country,
