Not sure what you mean, but if you select Display in Concert Pitch, your notes
will enter in concert pitch, then deselect Display in Concert Pitch and it will
display transposed. Is that what you need?

On Windows, a hard space (ALT+0160) should do it. Don't know hard space
on Mac.
