In a specic score for piano, bass and drums Finale playback just refuses to skip the two-measure 1st ending when it should jump to 2nd ending. I have it set the same way as in another repeat section later in the score in which it DOES work. Somehow it does not in the first one. Any ideas?

Just finished adding lyrics to my score. Finale shows hiphenation only where it wants too. Some words have them some don’t, despite their being there, visible, in the Lyrics Window. Is there a solution for that? Do I have to type everything again? Harold

The title bar of this window only shows the first digit of the measure number. So, if a coda sign is a little out of place in the score and you want verify whether it is connected to, say... measure 34 or 35, there's no way of finding out, because the Text Repeat Assignment window's title reads

[Finale] staff styles don't match

In the score there are three different staff styles: normal, slash and rhythm, but when I look at the parts, it's all NORMAL notation. This happens all the time! I fix it manually. What is the magic trick that tells Finale that the staff styles in the parts should match those in the score?
