I guess that no Mac users would dare laughing at you, because it still is only half usable. Technically we have eps export and it works, but at the moment it can not be usable in a workflow, because of the damn font warning that shows up at every single eps created. Who would want to stay in front of the computer waiting and pressing enter 120 times (for a 120 pages document) while exporting eps?
You will say that at least we have them work, but I believe the people at MM really don't care. We know how powerful et versatile Finale is, but what is it worth if it can't translate into high-end publishing capabilities.
I wrote several times to MM about this ussue.
Why aren't they once hiring an eps expert that will optimize their code to make it work (mac and pc)? I mean it's not an OS X problem, Adobe products fully support eps. Sibelius too. Aren't they sending people to Apple developper conference to get the knowledge. Are they at all in contact with the people at Apple?
I've always bought every upgrade for Finale, and was patienly waiting for the eps font warning to be removed to buy it, but it seems that it won't happen. My employer has it and we made some tests. It kills me to see all that I am missing as new features and time saving capabilities, but eps creation is so important and is something I do many times every day, that it still isn't worth upgrading.
And what about the magnificient font embedding capabilities that don't embed fonts for as long as I can remember.
I'll stop here.

Mac users are probably all laughing at us right now for putting up with this. When EPS didn't work for them, they got it fixed in a matter of months, if I recall correctly.
