Uh - how do I create a fermata as an expression? I'm guessing there's a
character I can type using the Engraver font that will result in a fermata, but
I don't know which one it is or how to find it . . . [I miss the old -
pre-OSX - Mac font map feature!]

Type U in a music font for a fermata. It is still the best method to attach
it to a real whole rest so it breaks multi-measure rests.
