Hi all,
I'm now trying to make the switch to Fin2014. It seems that Fit to page is
permanently greyed out in the print dialog. Can anyone else confirm?

Darcy and everyone,
Under layout I clicked on the 2 up then 4 up and back to 1 up and the box was
activated as well as the title page box.

Sorry, I meant tile pages! The rest is the same.
I tried the different clicks several times and each time the grayed boxes were
activated.

Thanks, that's very helpful! On my system, it's enough to click either 2-up
or 4-up and then back to 1-up to activate the grayed-out checkboxes.
Annoying but glad there's a workaround!
