[Finale] playback transposition
Finale is playing back transposed pitches when I enter notes in speedy entry. It's happening in one instrument now (bass), but happened earlier in piano, too. FinMac 12c. OS X 10.8.5 Garritan Instruments I can solve it by opening the score manager and switching that instrument to SoftSynth and back again. Any idea what causes this? It's a real pain when I'm trying to play back a section for note checks! Re: [Finale] playback transposition
I didn't know that you could solve it by switching to soft synth - thank you! Yes, it's a pain and I've moaned about before. There seems to be no solution. I'll try what you've suggested. Re: [Finale] playback transposition
Hi Ryan, If your keyboard has a pitch bend wheel, move it all the way up or down and then let it return to zero. (Not sure what causes this glitch, but when it happens to me, this is a quick enough solution.) I think I've misunderstood the problem here - sorry.
