[Finale] 2K7 beaming issue

In FinMac 2K7, I find that beams covering more than three notes always come out flat. I tried changing the settings in Document Options/Beams, but nothing seems to make a difference. How can I restore Finale's (former) normal behavior in this respect? Andrew Stiller Kallisti Music Press
