Yes, a copyright assignment will only be useful if you might make
further changes to findutils.

Applied, thanks.
I was able to apply this without a copyright assignment because it was
very short.
In the future, if you need to contribute further patches, a copyright
assignment will likely be needed. Also it's helpful for you to
follow the instructions in README-hacking when making patches.
