Anyone else having success with pine 4.50?

I'm having troubles running out of free processes. This seems to be
limited to 100 per user in tcsh as I have been unable to set it higher.
And I think bsd lumps threads into the calculation for the maximum number
of processes, as top is not showing that I'm maxing out the number of

Dear Martin,
It looks like it's in /sw/lib/ now. Please explain how I "recompile
things that were compiled with earlier versions". Does Fink compile
the source when it installs packages? Why is it looking to
/usr/X11R6/lib/ instead of /sw/lib/ when I try to update emacs21?
In the mean time,
I ran ranlib on it and tried to update emacs 21 again. Now I get this:
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../src/epaths.h', needed by `yow'.
Stop.
make: *** [lib-src] Error 2
### execution of failed, exit code 2
Failed: compiling emacs21-21.2-11 failed
Thanks for answering my previous post.
