If you grep the fink package descriptions and patches you will
find that quite a few have added strptime. evolution is one off
the top of my head.
Just because it isn't in 10.1 libc, doesn't mean it won't be in
10.2... There is an strptime in darwin cvs.

I have noticed that the function strptime is missing from Mac OS X.
Is anyone working on adding it to a library in Fink?
