Maybe we need to simplify things:
1) No PDB.
2) Insist that all rsync mirror sites check packages out directly from
Sourceforge CVS.
3) commit feeds
Without those complicating factors, we could put the rest of the website
up at e.g. Sourceforge and then not have to worr
