From a user I got a report that gpaint (I am the maintainer) doesn't
build on his system. I asked for an output of the console and
compared it with the output I get. Here's where the error occurs in
his output:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../intl -I/sw/include/
