Jeff Whitaker just pointed out to me that gcc4 can't be tested on Macintel because autogen won't build with gcc 4.0. Looking at the autogen home page though it becomes clear that we are using an ancient release (5.4.2) instead of the current one (5.8.22) for fink 10.4. What is the deal with th
