gtk+2 seems to build and link to /sw/lib/librsvg-2.2.dylib when
present, but silently not do so in its absence.
I've had a number of people complain to me about icons not displaying
right in coot depending on build-order, and I am at least somewhat
certain this is where the problem lies.
