about 10 systems and over 15 times it's been installed, it has to be
a conflicts just not sure what, I'm waiting for a pkg list from

What version of mac-glue do you have installed?
Is it possible it's an Xcode 2.2 problem? I'm still on 2.1 and have
had minimal problems with mac-glue and mac-growl.

it doesn't on a local copy.

tests fail on, and that is likely cause growl isn't working or the

I agree, just don't have the time to check them all, and I hate that
to install mac-glue-pm I have to install 50 other pkgs. I'd rather
just fix mac-growl-pm to not need mac-glue and just suggest it. But

it does, all things that use mac-glue have to install glues, but it
writes to a one file like pods, and it doesn't need glue at all, it's
just a bad Makefile.PL it's being fixed.

Despite a crash during "make test", it installed OK for me (last week
from unstable on 10.4) after I installed mac-glue-pm, but I didn't
look into it closely enough to see the cause. To look for bad files
I ran this:
% locate Growl.pm
/sw/lib/perl5/5.8.6/Mac/Growl.pm
/sw/lib/perl5/Fink/Not
