For a font substitution: could you make a sample tex file that can reproduce the situation, as far as possible with requisite minimum commands? For example, Jean's sample file `tt.tex' reported in https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=117203&aid=3168548&group_id=17203 was very useful
