thanks to the pointer. This sounds not so nice. I'll investigate if
there is a known fix (for make, dpkg, anything). Once I know more
about the issue, I will get back to you and make a proposal as to how
to resolve this (update/fix make, update/fix dpkg/debconf, downgrade
make vi
I'm not saying the subject is true, but since the
10.4.10 upgrade (intel) my IE6 browser using wine
no longer connects. A wine component appears to
crash just after the ie6 window loads but I'm not
sure where to start. I have re-built and reinstalled
wine, and I have reloaded ie6 (using ie4linux,

Actually I was running paraview-mpi-openmpi. I'll try a build
of the non-mpi paraview package to make sure I'm not seeing a
delay related to mpi issues.
