Looks like you're missing something important from XCode. According
to a grep of lsbom, that's part of DevSDKLeo in xcode 3.1, not sure
what it's in in earlier releases.

lot of other packages too, BTW) because of an apparent problem with a
stale buildlock, even after I did fink cleanup --bl:

Can't get apache2 installed. Purged, recursively, apache2 to get clean
install. Deleted debs and sources for the apache related cruft, took out
unixodbc2 for good measure, did fink cleanup -all. Running on
10.4.11/ppc. Did all this after new apache2 message showed up on
gmane.os.apple.fink.cvs
