Greetings,
I was told a while back that gnome on Leopard would not quite run
properly until Apple resolved some underlying Leopard issues. Would I
be correct in guessing from the slew of gnome updates that these
issues have finally been fixed by Apple?
Thanks.

Hi,
I upgraded to Leopard, and I just updated fink. I got this message:

Hi,
I haven't seen anything about this. Are we having problems with the
rsync servers? The first 4 or 5 mirrors either crap out or time out
on me. Are some mirrors down, or do I need to reset my mirrors?
Thanks

Greetings all,
I would like to wish happy holidays and a happy new year to everyone
on the list, especially to the incredibly wonderful fink team. I
attribute the low level of activity to this list to your wonderful

Hi,
I'm sorry if I failed to find this info in the online documentation,
but is it possible to tell fink, via fink.conf, to store deb files in
an external location? Or need I simply do a symlink? Moving these
files elsewhere would give me more time on this crusty old PB.
Payam
Howdy,
This latest version of fink is incredibly SLOW indexing packages.
This process used to take 30 seconds, now it takes over 2 minutes.
Also, cleanup now requires options, so fink commander cleanup
commands no longer work.
It might be time for me to upgrade my computer, but I want to

Greetings,
Excuse me for crossposting, but I'm not a member of the fink-devel
