Although I am a total dummy in C, should we not see some -DCACA_DITHERING_NONE,
-DCACA_ANTIALIASING_MAX -DCACA_ANTIALIASING_MIN somewhere in the command line(s)
or configure script(s)? If I grep for CACA_ANTIALIASING_MAX I only get:
/sw/src/fink.build/

Fails also on intel OXS10.5.4 XCode 3.0, Apple X11.
