I had the same problem with 1.0.9 (hangs when saving data imported from
a 14 meg .xls file into XML). This remains true for 1.0.10 .

I'm having a problem with gnumeric. I can open excel sheets perfectly
well. I then try to save the opened excel sheet in the native gnumeric
format it maxes out the cpu and churns away endlessly. Any Ideas?
