I sent the following to the maintainer of nhgri-blastall-pm, Richard
Graul ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), but it bounced, so I'm sending it here. If
anyone would like to help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Hi, I have a quick question for you. I have installed and set up your
fink package for the nhgri version of blastall. I have no problem
running it from the command line. I am wondering if you know anything
about using blastall in a web server. I'd love to be able to set up one
of our macs at work as a web server for others in the lab. I've looked
at the web server versions of blast (BlastREAL for linux, stc.) but
there isn't a darwin version. They have nifty web pages included that
use cgi to call BlastREAL. Would it be so simple as to change this to
call blastall instead? Or is it more complicated?
