Yes, I noticed just after sending the email that fink wanted to update libvpx
and then install libvpx14.
I manually installed libvpx14 and now it’s compiling ffmpeg.

libvpx is know to fail with Xcode 6.3. Libvpx14 is the replacement that
works with Xcode 6.3. What version of ffmpeg are you trying to install?
