seems that the commit 59064 about Fixed CORE-4321: Regression: ISQL
does not destroy the SQL statement broke the build process.
From the log :
for sql in /home/vagrant/firebirdtrunk/src/msgs/msg.sql

Ok i understand so static libstdc++.so.6 is not needed anymore
