Ok, I will try it.
For some reasons, ldconfig wont find the the
/usr/lib64/libfbclient (aka /opt/firebird/lib/libfbclient)
Shouldn't the installer set LD_LIBRARY_PATH or similar ?

There were some fixed issues with tomcrypt & linux install. Can you try
with current snapshot
