For example it will be easier to use in the libreoffice driver
I need to import the fb3.x tree as git module and later i need the 3.x new api
I could create another submodule as well

I prefer to maintain it separated. Many things makes examples in
firebird tree unusable outside the project tree (i.e., with the binary
kits).
