We usually build HTML and PDF and place them on the website. But I forgot you 
don't have CMS access (or do you?)

Anyway, you can send me the zipped HTML version but I can also build it myself 
and place it on the server.

I was wondering though: is there a particular reason why you only produced a 
PDF and no HTML version?
