.net provider for Firebird.
I have a accounting software running on firebird 2.1.3 and I'm thinking to

As far as I know (and I'm not the most experienced person - but I'll try
to answer anyway), the answer to your question is Yes, however... pay
attention to the Firebird 2.5 Release Notes which will mention any
changes you need to accommodate.
